This project focused on designing a multi-market CRM win-back journey aimed at re-engaging churned Premium wedding professionals across ES, FR, IT, and UK.

I led the creative direction of the journey, shaping a cohesive visual and messaging system across a sequence of four emails and supporting landing pages. The strategy gradually evolved from soft, ambiguous messaging to stronger FOMO-driven communication, guiding vendors back into the funnel while maintaining brand trust.

The journey balanced conversion-driven design with a friendly, accessible tone, supporting both lead generation and valuable feedback collection for sales and retention teams. The result was a scalable, performance-focused CRM framework aligned with business goals and international markets.
